Florencia Garro, PhD
Welcome to my studio!
I’m Florencia Garro, a freelance biomedical engineer with a PhD in Bioengineering & Robotics. Here, I merge over 10 years of experience in bioengineering and research with a lifelong passion for writing & communication to support medical technologies throughout their lifecycle.
I help MedTech companies, research institutions, and startups with clinical data analysis, regulatory affairs under the EU MDR, and scientific/technical writing (manuscripts, white papers, conference materials). Most of my work sits at the intersection of digital medical devices and Class III implantables. I work fluently in Spanish, English, and Italian.
I collaborate flexibly with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams—from early prototype to submission and post-market. I invest time to understand your technology, goals, and workflow so I can speak your device’s language, and I work side-by-side until the last citation is verified.
I deliver high-quality work on schedule through a fully remote, personalised workflow. Whether you need a one-off document, end-to-end project support, or a long-term freelance partnership, my goal is to become a trusted extension of your team.
Let’s talk about your next project!
